Annual Training Camps (ATC) : By respective directorates within the state for 10 day for JD /12 days for SD
Centrally Organized Camps (COC) : HQ DGNCC plans the activities/camps in cooperation with the Directorates assigned to run them.
- Leadership Camps (Basic and Advanced):
- Thal Sainik Camp (TSC)
- Vayu Sainik Camp (VSC)
- Nau Sainik Camp (NSC)
- Rock Climbing Camps - Each year, rock climbing camps are offered to introduce cadets to the fundamentals of rock climbing and to foster a spirit of exploration.
- National Integration Camps (NIC) - Assist in bridging the cultural divide amongst cadets from various Indian states.
- Special National Integration Camps (SNIC) : It Held often in Leh, Srinagar, the North Eastern Region, and Port Blair, these camps encourage national integration in distant and forward locations.
- Remount and Veterinary Activities
- The Prime Minister's (PM's) Rally and Republic Day Camp (RDC)
- Attachment Training : Army / Naval / Air Wing Activities
- Adventure Training and Sports - These include sports like show-jumping, hiking, sailing, para-sailing, rafting, cycling, motor cycle expedition, expeditions to the Valley of Flowers, riding expedition scuba diving, trekking, yatching, etc. and shooting.
